Caroline Hamilton, leader of the M&G ISA Challenge, today sent a message of congratulation to fellow Britons, Mike and Fiona Thornewill and Catharine Hartley, who arrived at the South Pole last night.
Caroline said "We are thrilled to hear of our fellow Britons' great achievement and look forward to following them into the record books."
To date Caroline and the team have trekked 423 miles in 43 days and have 200 miles to go to the South Pole. They set off on 24th November, three weeks after the others, and they are on schedule to arrive at the South Pole towards the end of January.
