Saturday's weather offered a refresher of all conditions experienced to date. They started in a whiteout. It then cleared to become a gloriously bright and sunny day with a beautiful mackerel sky; then the wind came up and gave them an extremely cold end to the day.

They now expect to arrive at approximately 09:00GMT tomorrow morning (Monday). Their first call will be going to HRH The Prince of Wales, who will be standing by waiting to hear from them.

Zoe and Ann's ski boots have finally decided to split and are hanging on by a thread; however they are not going to let this get in their way now they are so close and excitement is mounting by the minute!
